
First, let me start off by saying that this week has been very exciting, excusing the fact that I had work, which is never fun.  This week is the start to what I hope is a permanent lifestyle change for me.  I started a diet.  Not a strict, or book based diet.  A diet on my own terms.  I know, I know, those types never work.  But I have a plan.  You see, this plan that I have is to eat less and less every day for a few days, until my body gets used to needing less food at a time, which helps me control portion size, and cut back on cravings.  Sound weird, I know.  Surprisingly enough, it's seemed to be working thus far.  Whether or not I will get quick results, I don't know.
For the past few days I have eat fruit in the morning to start off with.  I drank a bunch of coffee throughout the day, and only munch on tiny things all day.  Ex.  a few pieces of lettuce or a cracker here and there just to lessen cravings.  Then for dinner I would eat something like a 6 inch sub with no mayo or anything, with baked chips.  And that would be it all day.  And on top of that, I hardly ever drink any cola or tea or anything.
I know it sounds like a 
pre-anorexia type diet, but I am just working on appetite control right now.  Just to make myself eat smaller meals, and to stop all of the bad habits that I have formed previously.
I also plan on starting to do little workout 
exercises a couple times a week, to get me more active as well.  No I do not plan on a hard core work out routine, since I am a big baby when it comes to that (
lol) but I would like to do a little bit of something to make me feel better about myself.
I want to take a 
jazzercize class.  Seriously.  Leg warmers and all.
